Shipping policy

Thank you for choosing TideScan LLC. We are committed to ensuring your professional diagnostic equipment arrives safely and as quickly as possible.

1. SHIPPING SCOPE TideScan LLC currently ships to addresses within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii). We do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations.

2. PROCESSING TIMES All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, or if a specific technical instrument is backordered from the manufacturer, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay in your shipment.

3. SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

  • Orders under $1,000: Standard Shipping - $15.00

  • Orders over $1,000: FREE Insured Standard Shipping

  • Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days after processing, depending on your location and the warehouse origin.

4. SIGNATURE REQUIREMENT (CRITICAL) Due to the high-value nature of the diagnostic and thermal imaging equipment we sell, all orders over $500.00 require a signature upon delivery. This ensures that your equipment is handed directly to you or an authorized representative and not left unattended on a doorstep.

5. SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

6. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES TideScan LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

7. DAMAGES AND INSPECTION TideScan LLC is liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping only if reported within the designated window.

  • Inspect your package immediately upon arrival.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact our support team at info@tidescan.tools within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Please provide photos of the damaged box and the equipment. We will work with the carrier and supplier to initiate a claim and provide a replacement.

8. INCORRECT ADDRESSES TideScan LLC is not responsible for shipments that are lost or delayed due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. Any additional shipping costs incurred to redirect a package will be the responsibility of the customer.
